Bailey & Dutton began its home construction business in 1955 in the Bay area, and has been building in the Reno-Sparks area since 1969. We are a third generation family business that has stood behind our product for decades.  Today, over 30,000 homes have been built and sold to satisfied homeowners in California, Nevada and Arizona.

We take pride in building in the very best of locations that Reno has to offer.  Currently our projects are in Damonte Ranch, one of the newest, most convenient locations in the City of Reno.  Our other project, Laurel Ridge, is in the northwest of Reno with great mountain views, and easy access to the University, freeways and downtown.
